Hydra pen is a  pen-like device that has a plastic handle with the cartridge. The number of needles in the cartridge unit is 12 pcs. When the device is turned on, the needles in the cartridge begin the reciprocating motion with a frequency of 3000 punctures/min to 5500 punctures/min. Due to this motion, little punctures in the skin are evenly distributed. Through the punctures, the drug penetrates into the deep layers of the skin which leads to the activation process in the skin. Moreover, skin injury activates enhanced skin regeneration and renewal; hence, the lifting and smoothing effects are achieved.

• Active acne or papules and pustules in the treatment area.

1. We don’t recommend to wash face or apply any makeup on the day of the procedure.

How does Fractional Mesotherapy works?

Hydra pen device used in fractional mesotherapy produces thousands of micro-needle columns in the skin, which in turn stimulates the skin to naturally regenerate and repair itself. The holes close up quickly while your skin’s natural processes are kick-started under the surface. As part of this stimulation new collagen can be formed, new skin cells generated and the structure of the dermis, the lower level of the skin, enhanced. This natural process takes time, so it can take up to six weeks before you see significant results. Although the process will continue over the following months, several treatments are usually required. The results are not only smoother, brighter rejuvenated skin, but it can also lead to an improvement in appearance of acne scars and stretch marks.

How quickly are results visible?

Visible results of skin rejuvenation are generally seen after just 6-8 weeks following procedure and improve further over time. A course of 4-6 treatments is usually recommended to achieve optimum results; however, skin improvement is noticeable after just one treatment. How often should I do fractional mesotherapy?

Depending on the depth of needles used will depend the frequency of treatment

• Nano: weekly
• 0.25mm; weekly
• 0.5mm over 2 to 3 weeks
• 1mm every 4 to 6 weeks

When using short needles of nano – 0.25mm for the procedure, a repeated session can be performed in a week, if using longer needles – the session can be repeated in a month.

For the purpose of prophylaxis for normal skin without visible defects – 3 sessions (enough),

What can I expect after my treatment?

After treatment your skin will be red and flushed in appearance, comparable to mild sunburn. You will also experience skin tightness and mild sensitivity to touch on the treated area but this will diminish greatly after a few hours. After 3-5 days, there is barely any evidence that the procedure has taken place. Allow time off if required. Your skin may also appear more dry than normal with mild flakiness for the 7-14 days.
